We are a community of like minded individuals pursuing high levels of functional fitness. We utilize elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual, no matter their age or fitness background.
We specialize in CrossFit training but offer a variety of programs that help anyone reach their fitness goals, including personal training, bootcamps, and weightlifting coaching. Come on down and check out what our amazing fitness community has to offer!
We run hour long group classes from 6am to 830pm on weekdays and 8am to 2pm on Saturdays. We also have a wide range of Open Gym time to pursue even more fitness!

CROSSFIT ON - RAMP
Want to try CrossFit in a safe and efficient way? Our introductory 3 week course gives you the necessary skills to take on our CrossFit group classes.
The most potent overall fitness workout around! We offer 2 and 3 day per week memberships that capitalize on our our unique 3 WOD programming system as well as an UNLIMITED membership that covers Open Gym time and our specialty skills classes. Discounts are available for students and LEO/Fire/Military.
COMPETITIVE CROSSFIT TRAINING
Many athletes are now pursuing CrossFit as their sport. Our gym has a legacy of creating athletes who have achieved success at the Regionals and Games levels. Our Affiliate team competes in the Regionals each year and was the #1 ranked gym in all of Western Canada in the 2017 CrossFit Open. WEIGHTLIFTING & YOUTH WL
Train power, strength and speed under the watchful eye of elite weightlifter and talented coach Rachel Siemens. Classes as part of our regular membership run Mondays and Wednesdays 730-830pm, or connect with Rachel to join one of her other popular training groups throughout the week and on the weekends.
Have kids that want to learn to lift properly and develop more strength? We offer Youth weightlifting classes too!
PERSONAL & SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Our coaches are some of the most talented and knowledgeable in Victoria. They'll help you get to where you want to go - whether its learning gymnastics or weightlifting skills, losing weight, or ramping up your fitness for your occupation or specific competitive goal.
There are options available for 1-1 training as well as for small groups. Both allow for the use of our new training studio space.
Our Bootcamp classes take strength and interval training principles and apply them to fun and challenging workout sessions for all fitness levels. If you're regularly active and injury free, you can jump right in! Classes run Tues, Thurs, and Sat, and are part of our regular membership structure. Drop-ins are available too!
PARENT + CHILD CLASS
This class offers parents the opportunity to get a workout in while their child gets on-site childcare! We have a great group of dedicated parents who enjoy not only training together, but also sharing tips and tricks on how to stay sane while raising little ones. This class requires no On-Ramp prior to joining but you will need to RSVP each session due to childcare quotas. Join our Facebook Group for more info on how to get started!
