We are super excited to offer Body Composition Scans through our partners at Victoria Body Composition!  They are located right next door in the Just Move studio, and have a state of the art Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) machine.

The BIA machine (called the X ONE Pro) quickly and non-invasively assesses your body composition, including distribution of muscle and fat mass, resting metabolic rate, visceral fat, and more!   Tracking these values is much more accurate than watching changes on a regular weight scale, as you can actually see where the weight loss or gain is coming from.  This is a true picture of how your current training and nutrition is changing your body!
