Regular fitness testing establishes a baseline from which you can evaluate the effectiveness of your training plan.  If you don't test, you don't know if your training is working and pushing you towards your goal.

Our exercise physiologist, Cam Birtwell, has developed and implemented testing protocols for elite to Olympic athletes in a diverse array of sports, including:  rugby, rowing, swimming, triathlon, soccer, curling, and cycling.  He has also helped individuals prep for occupation specific tests such as the various local Firefighter fitness tests and PARE/POPAT.
