Our Bootcamp is essentially "CrossFit Lite" - we utilize the same principles and tough combinations as in our regular CrossFit classes but drop some of the more complex movements. Coached by top trainers Graham Harriman and Megan Jerritt, you're sure to get a great workout in!
This is a great class to get into right out of the gate, as no On-Ramp is required prior to participating. Expect to learn some new movements, meet a great group of people and work hard!
Class times are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30-9:30am and on Saturdays from 8 to 9am and are open to all levels of fitness.
You can drop in to a class to try it out or grab one of our monthly memberships below to get a full completment of fitness!
Payments come out the same day as you register. No contracts, just lots of fitness.

If you've got a lot of other fitness or life stuff on the go, grab our two day membership and get in when you can. You'll still get lots of the benefits with a bit more flexibility. $110 per month plus GST.
10 Pass Punch Card
This option replaces our old punch card system. If you have a varied schedule, this option allows you to get your fitness in where it fits best! $140 plus GST.
