Hello I'm Kirst! I am a Coach and Personal Trainer at CrossFit Vic City. 


I am passionate about helping others find their best selves, through movement, nutrition, and self understanding.


I grew up playing competitive sports, volleyball and swimming, which lead me to pursue training into adulthood. I found Crossfit in 2013 and it changed my life! I wanted to know how to fuel myself properly to achieve the goals I had in and out of the gym. In 2014 I began coaching full time. Through Crossfit I found my LOVE for the barbell, and have been a competitive Weightlifter ever since. Training in a strength sport I wanted to know more about how to maximize recovery, fuel my training sessions, build muscle (let's be honest.... who doesn't right ?!), and FEEL good! I reached out to a Nutrition Coach for help and it was the best thing I had done for myself in a long time. 


Nutrition is so much more than just food. Once broken down it is a complex, layered, deeply personal journey.  My approach is personal. It is whatever you need it to be and together we work through navigating what that looks like for you, integrating many courses of action. 


Outside of the gym I am a mom to 3 dogs, 14 bantam chickens, and WAY too many plants! I love to spend my time working away in my yard, riding motorbikes, and adventuring with my husband Cody.
