At CrossFit Vic City, we believe that you need to acquire proper mechanics of movement prior to adding any significant intensity. Taking the time to learn the skills of CrossFit properly under the guidance of a qualified coach will help you achieve your fitness goals safely and effectively. Our On-Ramp program is based upon these principles and will get you started in CrossFit the right way.
Here are some highlights of the program:
Small groups of 6 people or less, creates a great instructor to participant ratio
Suitable and scalable for beginner to intermediate level experience with fitness activities
Professional coaches with extensive backgrounds in fitness and CrossFit instruction
Sessions include learning technique as well as progressive sample workouts
8 instructional sessions PLUS a bonus integration session with a full CrossFit class
Our On-Ramp will be offered at the following times and days:
MORNINGS (February Sessions Begin Monday the 3rd)
Mondays & Wednesdays 6:30-8:00am
EVENINGS (February Sessions Begin Tuesday the 4th)
Tuesdays &Thursdays 6:30-8:00pm
The cost for the On-Ramp program is $189 plus GST. There is NO discount for students or police/fire/forces. Please note that you are expected to make ALL of your On-Ramp sessions. If you have to miss a session, you can arrange with a coach to meet up for a half hour skills-only session for $25.
