SMALL GROUP COACHING
Train with your friend (or a few of them) and tailor the training towards what you want to accomplish. Perfect for getting back into shape, learning the skills of CrossFit, or training for an upcoming event!
Prices are per person, up to a maximum of 3 people. If you have a couple or a larger group, contact us for pricing!
