Supplementing with Beta Alanine has been repeatedly shown to increase performance in anaerobic (shorter burst) and high output aerobic exercise.  Beta Alanine helps to buffer hydrogen ions produced in your muscle tissue, prolonging your ability to keep your work rate up.  For best results, supplement with Beta Alanine for a 6-8 week period as it takes a while to reach a saturation point in your muscle tissue.
