If you're looking for a partner, post in the discussion and hopefully that will return some results! Feel free also to chat to people around the gym about it too, you may just find your perfect match!
If you're on the fence about competing, this is a great way to get into your first competition. You can share the workload with your partner and if they have a specific strength, then they can do more reps.... or vice versa.
Registration closes on Tuesday, November 22, so get in sooner rather than later!
Training Wednesday - Thursday
Warm-up: 3 rounds - 10 light kbs, 6 samson lunge, 10 glute bridge
Skill: Front Squat 5 - 5 - 3 - 3 - 1 - 1 E2M.
Each set heavier but not to max, perfect form with an upright torso and high elbow position!
A Vic City favorite, this is a relatively short but intense rowing workout. Grab a partner and get after it!
Rx: 5 rounds each partner for time of 500m row
TG: Scale number of rounds or distances to 250
