NEW YEARS EVE WOD!


A handful of the crew from 2016's NYE WOD!

What a perfect way to usher in the new year: a workout! If you are still looking for something to do NYE and don't want to be suffering from a hangover all day Sunday...consider joining us and our merry crew this Saturday evening for a fun team WOD.

This is becoming a strong Vic City tradition as this will be our fourth annual midnight workout. It started with a small handful of people and has grown to be a busy, exercised filled night!

Plan to be at the gym for 11:00/11:15 PM for a workout briefing and warm-up. Details on workout still being ironed out, but plan on a team style AMRAP ENDING at midnight!

RSVP below if you plan on getting one last WOD in before 2017.

Non Vic City members are allowed if you have experience in CrossFit, plus $15 cash.
