Hey all, with the upcoming Easter Weekend, we are looking at our regular holiday hours on Friday April 14 and Monday April 17, which are:
930am and 5pm.
Since there will likely be some big classes at these times, expect a couple of "fun" team workouts to earn your chocolate.

Training Wednesday - Thursday
Warm-up: On the minute rep ladder - do all three exercises inside the minute and rest the remainder. 10 intervals total!
1 Russian KB swing, 1 goblet squat, 1 pushup, then 2 of each, 3 of each, 4 of each and so on.
WOD: Air Assault
Some of you will remember this doozy of a workout from January of this year. It's all about working fast, then getting a good dose of rest, and repeating for 16 times each person.
Team Name Theme: Star Wars!
Rx: In a team of 4, rotate on the Assault bike every 30 seconds. Time will run off the main clock, so be quick on your switches. 16 intervals each, 32 minutes total time!
TG: One hard interval, one recovery interval
