The Reebok CrossFit Games start in just over one week's time! Athlete's have started to arrive in Madison, WI to get settled before the competition starts on Thursday, August 3rd. Although, we can't compete for the title of Fittest on Earth or the $285,000 cash prize, we can compete for something even better... ONE MILLION DOLLARS!

All you have to do is correctly guess the winner of the men's and women's competition... and 2nd to 10th place as well. And for good measure, you have to predict the top 5 in the team competition too, and everything has to be in the EXACT order, if you want to take home the cool million dollars. It's a long shot, about

1 in 888178419700100000000000000000000000000000, by my calculation, but a chance nonetheless. It costs nothing to register, just a couple minutes of your time.

Training Wednesday - Thursday

Warm-up: Dowel Game 5-7 mins

Skill: Back Squat 5 x 2 @ 75-80% E90s

Warm up well then hold the same weight across. Quality and speed on the stand up.

WOD: DT Intervals (no score)

This sequence tests your grip as well as your technique with fairly heavy loads. Work on smoothness and plan your transitions well to maximize your efforts. All groups scale weight as needed (Rx weight provided as a reference). You may increase your weight through the rounds if your technique and speed is maintained.

Rx: E2:30 - 1 round of DT (12 DL, 9 hang power cleans, 6 sto @ 105/155)
