This time of year it is time to give thanks for all that we are blessed with in our lives. I'm sure even on our toughest days there are many relationships, abilities, and memories that we are all thankful for.
One of the things you may NOT be thankful for is the medicine ball run. As if 400m repeat runs weren't tough enough, we've decided (on VERY special occasions) to add carrying a medicine ball for your running pleasure.
The Turkey Trot wod is just one of these times. Specially requested by Coach France, here it is in all its glory. Enjoy the challenge and be sure to say "thanks" to France for the suggestion :)

SKILL: 12 min to a Push Jerk 3 rep max.
Start with bar only. Compare to Push Press max from last week, should be more than 10% higher.
