With the CrossFit Games just a few short weeks away, it's time to get in on the 2018 CrossFit Games Pick'em.
What is the 2018 CrossFit Games Pick'em? Essentially it is your "March Madness" bracket of CrossFit. You have the opportunity to win $2,000,000! The only catch, you have to correctly select the top 10 men, the top 10 women, and the top 5 teams. Not only do you need to identify the 25 individuals or teams, but you need to get them in the EXACT order.
Does it sound tough? It is! I think last year I had 5 or 6 correct selections out of 25, and the person with the top total had maybe 12 or 13. Let's just say it wasn't close.
Since a perfect bracket is unrealistic, it doesn't mean we shouldn't still try. Also, I have created a group for all Vic City members that want to sign-up (it's free!). We can have a little friendly competition amongst ourselves.

TRAINING WEDNESDAY - THURSDAY
WARM UP: EMOM rotations x 3 (9 min)
Station 1: Row
Station 2: Rounds of 5 pushups, 10 squats
Station 3: Rounds of 5 hanging knee raise / ttb, and 10 jumping jacks
SKILL: Front Squat 5 x 5 E2M
Compare to 4 weeks ago - build as you go to a heavy 5 for your last set!
WOD: Assault Pyramid
This workout is done in a team of 3 people, and you'll have to be quick at switching off the bike! Your score will be your team's total calorie count at the end of the workout.
Rx: In a team of three, each person does 15 sec bike, then each person does 30 sec bike and 45 sec bike. Do this cycle for 4 rounds, dropping back to 15 sec bursts after the 45s! (24 min)
FG: Scale to 3 rounds each or only complete the 15 and 30 sec efforts
