I found this video from 2014 that gives a good representation of a lot of things we all feel or fault on when completing Jackie. 

 

Take a look at the video and watch it through to hear the individuals plan of attack and then what really happened and how they would attack it differently the next time they do it. 

 

We have done Jackie a lot in the past so many of you may have a strategy already in mind, some of you may be doing it for the first time. Either way have a plan and attack Jackie with all you got. This classic crossfit benchmark is a great challenge and one of our gyms leaderboard workouts!

 

So prepare and try to get your name up on that leaderboard!
