Easter Holiday Hours Reminder

 This is just a reminder that we will have holiday hours on both Good Friday (the 19th) and Easter Monday (the 22nd).

 

Classes will run Friday the 18th and Monday the 22nd at 9:30am and 5:00pm ONLY

 

We hope you all have a great weekend with family, friends and loved ones!

 

If you can't make it to one of these classes get outside for some of your own fitness fun!

TRAINING MONDAY-TUESDAY

 

WARMUP:  Partner shuttle run and plank.  One partner runs, the other holds a plank position.  1, 2, 3 laps each!

 

 

SKILLS:

Continuing with our Mon-Tues strength development, we'll be doing bench and deadlift today.  Look back in your workout log to see how you did in the first week of April for sets of 5 reps and aim to get above that as we drop down to 3's!

 

1.  Bench Press:  4 x 3 up to a heavy triple E2M

 

8 min changeover and warm ups

 

2.  Deadlift:  4 x 3 up to a heavy triple E2M

 

 

WOD:  54-40

 

Not only a classic band but what will be a very intense, short challenge.  Commit to getting the wallballs done quickly and drive through those cal's on the bike!

 

Rx:  54 wallballs, 30/40 calories assault bike

 

FG1:  Scale wallball weight as needed

 

TG:  cut reps in half

 

CP:  heavy wallballs
