Kettlebell Course Success

This past weekend Crossfit Vic City hosted a Kettle bell for Clinicians course brought to us by Somatic Senses Education.
The course was a very detailed course in terms of human movement and specific kettle bell skills, as well as a few workouts to get our heart rates up and see what working with just a kettle bell can really do!
Not only are courses like these a great way to promote more education but its a great way to promote our gym and our community.
If any of our members or coaching staff would like to host a course on any various subjects of health and fitness we would love to host more!
