Hey!  Did you miss the Canada Day wod?  Or did you do it but you just want MORE fitness?  Then pop in Tuesday for something completely different!

TRAINING TUESDAY ONLY

 

 

WARM UP:  Rowling - 3 x 150m, coaches choice of fitness reward!

 

 

SKILL:  Overhead Squat:  5 x 3 working up E2M

 

Spend 8 min+ working on light weights prior to starting the work sets

 

 

WOD: KB Run

 

RX:  400m run, 21 american KB swings (35/53). 400m run, 21 goblet walking lunge. 400 run, 21 KB taters, 400m run, 21 russian swings

 

FG2:  scale KB weight as needed

 

FG1:  scale KB weight and run distance (200m per round)
