Snatch Tech and Mobility

Great opportunity to get some snatch work and mobility in on Tuesday...

 

TRAINING

 

WARM UP:  3 rounds - 8 dowel dislocates, 8 goblet squats, 4 medball burpees

 

 

SKILL:  Snatch development

 

Hang Squat Snatch (or Hang Power Snatch + 1 OHS): 1 rep EMOM x 5.

 

3 min rest, adjust weight heavier,

 

repeat Hang Squat Snatch (or Hang Power Snatch + 1 OHS): 1 rep EMOM x 5

 

Rest 3 min,

 

then Snatch Grip DL to just below knees (unless you have very good mobility) at top snatch weight from above: 3 reps E2M x 4

 

(24 min total session)
