Great little sequence for Monday, focusing on consistency in lifting under light fatigue, followed up by some carries for postural strength.

TRAINING MONDAY

WARM UP: Dowel Game 5 min

WOD: ROTATING E90S S&C

Choose one weight you'll use for both power cleans and shoulder to overhead and keep that for all the rounds. Adjust reps as needed to keep the movement challenging for both lifts.

5 rounds, not for score:

Power Clean 4-6 reps

Assault Bike 8-14 cals

Shoulder to Overhead 2-4 reps

CASH-OUT: Weighted Carries

Carrying weight is one of the best core exercises around. Experiment with different implements to get the best effect. Stick with good posture!

In groups of 3, rotate every 50', using double KB front rack or heavy DBall/Medballs in hug style carries

5-6 rounds each (if time)
