Gym Closed Wednesday January 15th

Here is what it looked like when I lived in Chicago in 2010!
SNOW DAY!!!!
Due to weather conditions we will be closing the gym.
No classes Wednesday January 15th.
If you have the time and space here is a little workout you can do with a few variations as I know some of you have some home gym equipment.
If not this workout then get outside and enjoy the snow!
Keep an eye for blog and post Wednesday evening regarding Thursday classes.

Warmup: 3 rounds
3 inchworms
6 samson lunges
30sec side plank right and left
WOD For time
Option A: No Equipment needed
5 rounds
60 Jumping jacks/Single Unders or 30 Double Unders
30 Bicycle Situps
15 Air Squats
5 Burpees
Option B: Jump Rope/Kettlebell or Dumbell
5 Rounds
60 single unders/Jumping jacks or 30 Double Unders
30 Kettlebell Swings
10 Single Arm Kettlebell thrusters (5R/5L) or Dumbell Thrusters
5 Burpees
Option C: Jump Rope/Barbell
5 Rounds
60 single unders/Jumping jacks or 30 Double Unders
20 Deadlifts (65/95)
10 Thrusters (65/95)
5 burpee
