Today we have some good upper body strength work!
For our scoring, if you are still unable to do strict pullups with out assistance then you will use bands, starting with more assistance and work down to less assistance for your final set of 3 reps.
If you use a band for your final set then you just have your Push Press weight for your final score.
If you are able to do some weighted pullups, be open to using DBs, Plates or Kettebells with a chain weight belt.
And then Open Gym time for you all. Work on Skills, drills, or an old workout to retest or try again!
