Mark your calendars and come help out give our gym a spring clean, paint touch ups and maintenance here at Vic City. Once a year we like to give the gym a big overhaul clean and touch up, along with potentially selling off some used gym equipment.
I have set up an event in Push Press where you can go and put in if you are attending or not. If you have a few hours throughout the day on March 28th please go to your Push Press Member portal app and RSVP for the spring clean event. This will allow us to set up jobs and allot people to them so we can be as efficient and speedy in getting everything done.
So please come on out and help support your gym in keeping it clean and fresh and have some non fitness fun with your Vic City friends!

Aerobic Capacity WOD:
5 x 500m Row, rest 90 sec or alternate with a partner.
Keep consistent pace on all rows (i.e. don't go out too hard on the first one).
Rest as needed then,
5 x 1200m Assault Bike, rest 90 sec or alternate with a partner (same as above).
This will take 30-40 minutes, so start the bike very soon after the row is over!
