Movement + Mobility Seminar - Lower Body Series with Sara Vis, RMT

 

 

 

Everyone! I have a very exciting news for you… I will be hosting an amazingly fun and educational seminar at CrossFit Vic City on Saturday March 21st from 2:00-4:30pm. 

 

 

This series will be focused on the lower body, and I will be teaching you tools and techniques to help address the restrictions that are holding your body back from expressing its’ full capacity. 

 

We will MOVE together, LAUGH together, and LEARN together on this amazing Saturday, and you will have useful and impactful tools to bring home with you that will not only positively impact your performance in sport, but also your everyday life.
