WARMUP

3 rounds each

Partner Warmup

P1: 200m Jog

P2: Active bar hang, every break 3 burpees

OPEN GYM

AEROBIC CAPACITY WOD

Every 90sec rotate between the following stations

8-10 rounds:

Rower

Assault Bike

Ski Erg or Run or Single skips.

Work for 60-75 seconds at each station. 36-45 min work
