As we continue to expand our online programming, you'll see some barbell work put in along side our bodyweight, conditioning, and KB/DB wods.
Sometimes, like tomorrows wod, these barbell workouts will be adapted from the programming on that day. On other days, there will be additional barbell skill or strength work. The skill and strength will add a different stimulus, allowing you to maintain your barbell abilities while still hitting up our conditioning and bodyweight wods!
Tomorrows workout is a burner no matter what - either get at it with a kettlebell/dumbbell or with your barbell if you have one... your legs will not feel the same after!
Reminder that we have Zoom wods at 7am, 12 noon, and 5pm!
