Thursday Training

Hey all, great work on the Canada Day track workout! It was a bit chilly prior to the warm up but an awesome temperature when the wod kicked off.

We've got a different session for Thursday so see below for the specifics.





5 min Cindy!


Every 1 min for 10 mins, alternating between: 10 Alternating Pistols 5 Strict Toes-to-bars

Scale pistols to a box

If not doing strict TTB, do hanging knee raise or V situps and bump the reps up to 10

If strong at TTB, do more reps


5 rounds for time of:

12 Kettlebell Taters

12 Weighted Alt Walking Lunge With Oh Plates,

45/35 lbs 24 Double Unders

Scale the taters and weight plate as needed. Lunges with the plate are in place (do a reverse lunge).

Double unders can be subbed for by jumping jacks @ 24 per round or single skips @ 48 per round
