Team, great work on that tough wod Mon-Tues. Some solid effort in there and nice to see you all moving well on those Cindies and Bear Complexes.
Something a bit different for Wed - Thurs... some deadlift practice, a heavy single on the floor press, and a little jog to cap it off!
TRAINING WEDNESDAY THURSDAY
WARM UP: 3 rounds
10 plate floor to overhead
15 plate bent over rows
10 plate good mornings (hold weight on chest)
15 jumping jacks
STRENGTH: DEADLIFT WAVE LOAD
Second 5 heavier than first 5, same for 3 and 1. Not to max, but get a solid series of heavier weights in the second wave.
STRENGTH 2: FLOOR PRESS 1RM
15 minutes to build to a heavy single
WOD: 1 mile run
Feeling good? Push the pace. Not feeling it so much? Then dial back the effort and or the distance to just get a bit of running in!
