Share the Labour with a Partner WOD
Happy Labour Day Everyone!
Today we get to enjoy the day with some Back Squat work and then a fun Partner barbell and burpee WOD.
Same WOD for both Monday Holiday classes and Tuesday regular class schedule.
Have fun and push each other for a fun workout!
TRAINING MONDAY/TUESDAY
WARMUP:
5min AMRAD (As Many Rounds As you DO, Dont speed through)
5 beat swings/pullups
5 pushups
10 reverse lunges
30sec reverse plank
STRENGTH:
Back Squat 5x3 reps Every 2mins
Nice heavy weight for each set
PARTNER WOD:
6 Rounds For Time
I go, You go.
1 partner does full round, then next partner does full round, until each partner does 6 rounds
RX:
5 Hang Squat Cleans (115/75)
3 Shoulder to Overhead (115/75)
7 Bar hop burpees
FG2: 55-65/75-95
FG1: Scale bar as needed, Regular Burpees
