Crossfit Games This Weekend


The games are going to look a little different this year, as has most other things this year of 2020.


Tune in this weekend to check out the Crossfit Games being held at the home of Crossfit at The Ranch in California.


The games run Friday the 23rd at 8:00am to Sunday the 25th at 4:00pm (all times Pacific)

TRAINING FRIDAY-SATURDAY


WARMUP

3 rounds

2 inchworms with pushup at bottom

10 reverse lunges

20 Deadbugs


STRENGTH

Deadlifts

5x3 Go Every 2:30mins

Build to a solid heavy 3 reps


WOD 1:

Assault bike intervals

Every 1:30 for 12 mins

Complete these calories in a relatively quick effort. Your work time should be under 30-40 seconds. If it is longer, drop your calories or work harder!


Rx: 7/12 calories

FG2: 5/9 calories

FG1: scale as needed

CP1: 9/14 calories

6 Overhead Squats, 45/35 lbs

8 Barbell Curls, 45/35 lbs

Rest remainder of interval
