Giving Thanks




Hey team,


Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you all are enjoying the weekend with family and friends (virtually or in person if you're lucky!). We are certainly very thankful to be living in such a wonderful city and to have an outstanding community of members who make our gym the great place it is.


We really appreciate all your support, patience, and commitment through these trying times.

MONDAY TUESDAY TRAINING



WARM UP: 3 rounds -


5 inchworms

5 dowel dislocates

5 pushups

10 double crunch




SKILL: SPLIT JERK


6 x 2 reps E2M


Use a rack and build as you go to a heavy double at the end!




WOD: Partner 11.1/14.1


This workout is meant to be fast and furious, with rounds ideally under 1:30 (possibly faster if you're really dialled in with your skipping and barbell cycling!). It is a variant of the CrossFit Open workouts 11.1/14.1 and demands a lot of grip strength and sustained power output.


Alternate rounds of the workout with your partner for the full duration of the AMRAP, scaling so that you move quickly! Have fun.


Complete as many rounds as possible in 16 mins of:


30 Double Unders

15 Power Snatches, 75/55 lbs (can be done as clean and jerks also)


FG2: 10 du, 20 singles

FG1: scale bar as needed, 30 single skips


CP1: Every second round, do OHS instead of Power snatches

CP2: 65/95, OHS every 2nd round
