Holiday Hopper Partner Events!
Team, the time has come to grab a buddy and take on our in-class for fun competition! If you don't have a partner yet, we can always pair you up in class! You don't have to attend the same classes as your buddy, you just need to be able to communicate your scores to one another to enter them online.
Monday Tuesday and Friday Saturday classes will both have two events to take on... with two strength challenges and two metcons making up your scores.
Record your scores and one of your team members can enter them at the end of the week. THERE WILL BE PRIZES FOR BEST TEAM NAME so put one in there for you and your buddy if you like!

Entry is by donation - either send some non-perishable food or money to your charity of choice, OR use one of the links in this blog and we'll do a lump sum donation.

TRAINING MONDAY TUESDAY
WARM UP: 3x
15 jumping jacks
10 cossack squats (5/side)
5 inchworms + pushup
EVENT 1: 5RM THRUSTER
Warm up well then you will have 4 attempts on a E3M timer to get your best unbroken 5 thrusters. Bar is taken from the floor, and you can rest on the shoulders or overhead, but not on the floor!
Record your best successful 5 rep weight and add it to your partner's for your teams score.
EVENT 2: 12 MIN AMRAP
As many reps as possible in 12 mins of:
5 Burpee Box Jumps, 24/20 in
15 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
Add you and your partners reps together and enter one single score.
CP: Ctb pullups, heavy wallballs (30/20)
Scaled: 5 burpee step ups (20/16), 10 jumping pullups, wallballs 10/14
