TRAINING WEDNESDAY THURSDAY
4 Wall Walks Every 2 mins for 10 mins.
Smooth and consistent, aim to get your wall walks done in 45 sec or less. Scale as needed! You may do anywhere from 1 to 5. You may also sub in HSPU or HS walking! If sharing wall space with somebody, wear your mask and alternate minutes of work
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
15/12 Row Calories 7 Burpee Over Rowers 20 Double Unders
Good times! Work 1:1 with your partner, you go through the whole sequence while your buddy rests
fg: scale number of doubles or switch to singles, regular burpees or burpee step overs
