TRAINING WEDNESDAY THURSDAY


WARM UP: 3 X


8 reverse lunge

6 pushups

8 single leg glute bridge per leg

6 double crunch



WOD: EMOM SKILLS


Every 1 min for 25 mins, alternating between:

10 Deadlifts, 185/125 lbs

8 Handstand Push-ups

Single Arm Dumbbell Overhead Walking Lunge, 50 ft

30 Double Unders

Rest 1 min


Can sub in wall walks for handstand pushups, adjust weight for lunges and deadlifts as needed. Double unders can sub in singles or practice double under attempts


CASHOUT (if time allows)

3-4 rounds of

10 ring rows

10 seated barbell press

20 bicycle crunch
