31 Single Dumbbell Hang Clean & Jerks, 50/35 lbs
31 Single Arm Dumbbell Rows
31 Single Dumbbell Front Squats, 50/35 lbs
31 Hand Release Push-ups
31 AbMat Sit-ups
31 Wall Balls
31 Single Arm Dumbbell Overhead Lunges, 50/35 lbs
31 Jumping Air Squats
Get after it team! 30 min time cap :)
Sub in a lighter db or kb as needed. Hold db in goblet position for front squats. Single arm rows and Lunges are total reps (i.e. 16 for one arm and 15 for the other). Good luck, have fun!
