Partner PUSH!

Hey team, what a week! Way to go on these workouts, it's been an epic PUSH week, likely the hardest one we've ever had actually.


To bring us full home tomorrow, we have a partner workout... because even though your own energy may be at an ebb, having someone else to fight for should pick up your pace!


Have fun, work well together, and encourage each other.

TRAINING SATURDAY



WARM UP



PARTNER WOD 1: STRICT PRESS 5RM


12 min to establish a 5rm for both partners in the strict press. Only one person lifting at a time!


Start with an empty bar and work up from there



PARTER WOD 2: PUSHUP AND DOUBLE UNDER INTERVALS


Each partner gets 1 min of work to do the pushup "buy in" and then get amrap double unders in. The other partner starts on the 90 second mark. 4 rounds each person!


4 rounds for max reps of:

16/10 Hand Release Push-ups

max rep Double Unders



PARTNER WOD 3: ROW AND V SITUP RELAY


Relay format - partner 1 does the first row and situps then partner 2 does the first row and situps. Keep alternating until all the work is done!


For time:

400 Rows, m

20 V Sit-ups

300 Rows, m

15 V Sit-ups

200 Rows, m

10 V Sit-ups

100 Rows, m

5 V Sit-ups
