Here's a very short but very impactful explanation of how technique impacts your output... and what to do when it starts to fall apart. This applies to you vs you as well as you vs your local/regional/international competition!
TRAINING WEDNESDAY THURSDAY
WARM UP: 8 min flow
Lying thoracic rotations x 4/side
Prone scorpions x 4/side
Single leg glute bridge x 8/side
Hamstring leg swings x 8/side
Plate floor to overhead x 16
WOD: EMOM 30
Every 1 min for 30 mins, alternating between:
Walking Lunge, 50 ft
10 Barbell Floor Press
14/10 Assault Bike Calories
Rest 1 min
Can do row instead of bike!
Scale all as needed - Walking lunge can be Open standard (single db overhead) or goblet or 2 dbs held by sides.
Keep three lanes clear in the middle of the gym for walking lunges (class will be split up by station Mod TTB to v ups or double crunch if your hands are beat up
