PUSH Event 5 - Death by Barbell
Team, a unique strength - endurance challenge awaits you for Thursday's training! You'll need to be strong enough to lift the weights and have enough grit to lift them multiple times.
The format of the workout is a "death by" in which you add reps each minute. This death by is a bit different in that you add reps only to the second movement (front squats) while the first movement (thruster) stays at 1 rep each round.

TRAINING THURSDAY
WARM UP x 3
20 jumping jacks or 40 single skips
12 bird dogs
12 dead bugs
12 light kettlebell swings
EVENT 5 - DEATH BY BARBELL
All reps must be done within first 30 sec of each minute. Can pause between thruster and front squats, but once you start the front squats, they must be UNBROKEN!
RX WOD:
MIN 1: 1 THRUSTER (125/85) + 5 FRONT SQUATS
MIN 2: 1 THRUSTER + 7 FRONT SQUATS
MIN 3: 1 THRUSTER + 9 FRONT SQUATS
SCALED WOD:
As above, but at 55/75
CP WOD:
As above, but at 165/115
Accessory:
Skill work of athlete's choice
Gymnastics (pistols, hspu, hs), double unders, kettlebells or core work
