What a week! With 5 events down, this Friday wod is going to give you a little extra spice going into the weekend. Most of the workouts have been pretty short this week, so we're going to extend out a bit for Event 6.
Featuring running and hang power cleans, this will be a sustained effort where pacing is key.

I've changed the time cap to 25 minutes, which I think is more than enough time hopefully but I'd rather people finish than not!
Also, note the weight changes for rounds 1, 2 and 3! Clips on for all lifts!
