PUSH Week Wod 2: An Original Aerobic
Great work on the Fran on day 1... short, simple, but aggressive! Nice to see some strong scores put up across the board.
Tuesday brings around a classic aerobic workout that I first programmed back in 2010 as a workout for pushing aerobic ability to the max. The combo of running and rowing will tax the whole body over about 18-28 minutes of work, and there's nothing to stop you other than your mind or lungs telling you to so!
Pace out your effort well over the duration - you can estimate finishing around your 5k running time, although this estimate will be a bit off for smaller folks who have a harder time on the rowing machine.

TRAINING TUESDAY ONLY
WARM UP: 3x
25 jumping jacks or single skips
10 double crunch
i.e. "run row" backwards. Stay tough, stay positive, and pace it out!
RX and CP: 5 rounds of 500m row, 400m run
SCALED: 5 rounds of 300m row, 200m run
