Summer Schedule

Hey Team,
With coaches and members jetting off in various directions this summer, you may notice that certain classes have been adjusted or are missing currently. Have no fear, we intend to bring them back, however it will be tough to cover everything over the next couple of months given our hectic schedules.
Be sure to check ahead to book your classes and we will do our best on our end to stay ahead of the curve and make adjustments as needed!
We also have a couple of pretty exciting announcements coming up regarding our in gym programming and some summer events... so stay tuned for that!

12 Single Arm Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead, 50/35 lbs
16 Dumbbell Goblet Reverse Lunges, 50/35 lbs

WOD2: 7 min amrap
Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 mins of:
12 Alternating Single Leg V-ups
16 Dumbbell Goblet Squats, 50/35 lbs
24 Double Unders
