1 Snatch Grip Deadlift + Hang Snatch Pull + Power Snatch, pick load Every 1:30 for 12 mins.

No specific percentage, just work on holding ideal position for each. For the hang snatch pull, aggressive extension from the hips and knees followed by a bent elbow pull keeping the bar close to the torso
