Re-Opening 1.0 - Re-open date and equipment return
Hello all,
As part of our re-opening plan, we will be sending out information every few days to prepare you all for getting back into training at Vic City. These chunks of information will be small so that there is maximum clarity.
We figure that the more clear our plan is and the more you know about procedures, the more safe and comfortable everyone will be.
We had a super productive staff meeting between all of our coaches and outside trainers and therapists last night and we are on the same page going forwards.
Here are the first pieces of the puzzle:
WHEN WILL WE RE-OPEN?
Our official re-open date is JUNE 1 (Monday). This allows for ample time to finish up our gym improvements, have equipment returned, and have you all up to speed on our class format and schedule. We also are keeping an eye on both the evolving situation around Covid 19 and how the guidelines and precautions may change in the coming weeks.
The survey revealed that 57% of you felt comfortable returning on May 25 whereas 72% of you were comfortable with early June. The staff group also felt that there is no need to rush a process that should be done with precision and consideration to all the moving parts.
We know that this requires you to stay stronger just a bit longer, but trust us when we say we have everyone's best interests at heart, and it will be well worth it when we get to come back!
EQUIPMENT RETURN
We will have equipment return dates as follows. You can sign up to return your equipment via the Push Press Portal app. You are welcome to hold on to rowing machines and assault bikes if you like, but you must return all other equipment by May 31.
If you are unable to bring the equipment in, let us know and we'll arrange a time and day to come and pick it up.
If you are charged for your rental between now and May 31, we will refund that charge!
Saturday May 23: 9am - 12 noon
Sunday May 24: 9am - 12 noon
Tuesday May 26: TBA
Thursday May 28: TBA
Saturday May 30: TBA
