Check out our new schedule of classes! With the current restrictions, we are running 7 classes per day from 6am to 8pm. We have classes 7 days a week, and are introducing more of our Beginner CrossFit/Lifestyles classes in early July (these classes are prerequisites to joining our regular CrossFit classes). For those of you wanting more skills, our Unlimited membership offers weightlifting and gymnastics specialty sessions
Drop ins welcome with minimum 3 months Crossfit experience.
