Check out our new schedule of classes!  With the current restrictions, we are running 7 classes per day from 6am to 8pm.  We have full CrossFit classes 7 days a week, and have our Fundamentals Classes 5 days a week (these classes are prerequisites to joining our regular CrossFit sessions).  For those of you wanting more skills, our Unlimited membership offers weightlifting and gymnastics specialty sessions.

We have Open gym also available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 730-9pm and on Saturdays from 130-3pm.

Drop ins welcome with minimum 3 months Crossfit experience.
