You likely have questions about what the procedures will be once you come back to classes starting next week. We thought it would be best to do a short series of videos illustrating different parts of the new (but hopefully temporary) CrossFit Vic City experience.
The video below is all about class flow - how you enter the building, what your workout spaces will look like, and how we're screening and cleaning.
Later this week, we'll be publishing another video detailing cleaning instructions for your equipment when you are done using it, so stay tuned for that.
Also, if you want to bring some equipment by the gym, we will be in there from 1:30 to 3:30 Tuesday May 26 and from 9am-12 noon on Thursday May 28!
