It's Monday Buddy
It's BC day Monday, meaning that we have a shortened schedule in the gym. Three classes (already all full) from noon through to the evening.
We'll be resuming our full class schedule come Tuesday morning, and there will be a different wod for Tuesday only!
Monday brings our first partner wod since COVID, but unlike our usual partner workouts, you'll be hanging out in your own grids. You'll have to use strong communication skills to make sure you and your partner are on the same page, and it should be a fun return to these types of workouts.
