Onramp is back... and better than ever!
For Natalie, gravity is merely a suggestion...
Many of you entered our regular class program via our Onramp program, and it was a fantastic way to start with us! The last version of the Onramp was a progressive 3 week course designed to teach you foundational crossfit movements, ramp up workout intensity, and get to know how the gym and regular classes operate.
Well, we've leveled up the Onramp and brought it back!
In doing so, we've created another way to help people enter our CrossFit program, and gain the strength, fitness, and health benefits of our amazing program.
The new Onramp is 6 weeks long and hosts sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 730-830pm, giving LOTS of time to learn skills. It is a pre-registered course with a maximum of 8 participants, ensuring excellent athlete to coach ratio.
It kicks off on November 1st 2022 and runs until December 8.
We're also integrating a 6 week Healthy Habits Nutrition program ($150 value), as well as pre and post body composition assessments ($130 value) to get people kickstarted on all aspects of their physical health.
People can still jump into Fundamentals classes right away, but we're super excited about offering this new and completely comprehensive program to our new members.
