Kang squat x 5 - keep arms out front for balance if you need to!
SKILL: Tempo Back Squat 5x3
Compare to 3 weeks ago and try to ramp up! Tempo is 4 sec eccentric, 1 sec hold, fast up.
WOD: Partner wod!

5 Hang Power Cleans, 135/95 lbs
9 Lateral Burpee Over Bars
35 Double Unders
Alternate full rounds with your partner!
Challenge yourself a bit with the power clean weight OR the ttb
